We are seeking subcontractors and suppliers for the Rio Bravo - Greeley Aquatic Center Improvements MultiPrime - Bid Category Site & Building Clearing, Demolition & Earthwork. Possible subcontracting trades needed include: surveying/staking, earthwork/grading, end dump trucking, and erosion control. Possible suppliers needed include: imported fill, abatement PPE, and equipment rental.

The general scope of work is the demolition and backfill of a pool, site demolition, and potential building demolition.

There is a DVBE goal established on the project of 3%. Resource encourages all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers to submit quotes.

REI is signatory to the laborer's union and all contractors with labor work that would be claimed by Laborers must be signatory to the laborers union or willing to sign a one-time agreement. REI is not signatory for any other trade.

Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
