We are seeking quotes for the following Scopes of Work: Concrete, Metal Fabrications, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Interior Architectural Woodwork, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Doors & Windows, Plaster, Gypsum Board, Ceramic Tile, Acoustical Ceiling, Vinyl Wall Base, VCT/LVT, Carpet, Paint, Epoxy Floor, Visual Display Bards, Signs, Toilet Accessories, HVAC, Electrical, Earthwork, Asphalt and Paving.

Project Details:
Remodel of (1) existing 1600 square foot building into a TK Classroom. Remodel includes new 2x partition walls to creat a new restroom, new workroom and new storage room. Scope includes new finishes within the building, new ceilings, (2) new windows, new interior doors, new lighting, new fire alarm, new casework, new paint, new insulation and replacement of the HVAC ducting. Exterior work includes enlarging the sewer connection, along with removal and replacement of flatwork.
