Piazza Construction is seeking the use of qualified DBE, MBE, SBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of the project: storm water pollution control plan, construction area signs, traffic control system, glass lined bolted steel tank, CIDH piles, rebar and rebar cages, CMU building, exterior door and hardware, pre-engineered roof trusses, standing seam metal roof, PVC C900 water pipe and pipe fittings, pipe bedding, class 2 base rock, asphalt concrete, water service components, skid mounted booster pump and associated components, light pole, fixture and base, electrical, instrumentation and telemetry.

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractors and suppliers to provide proof of current, MBE, WBE, SBE certification with proposal. Subcontractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, with a minimum limit as defined within the contract documents, naming Piazza Construction as additionally insured.
