BCAG is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to develop the B-Line Marketing Plan. Work product will include development of materials in a reproduceable format, an integrative list of steps and strategies that support a re-brand of logos and themes, promotion of new and upcoming services system-wide and identification of local media sources to utilize in engaging these marketing efforts.
