Seeking All DBE Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to: CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS; TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM/TRAFFIC FLAGGERS; PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE; CLEARING & GRUBBING; SEAL COAT; PAVING ASPHALT (ASPHALT CONCRETE); PAVEMENT REINFORCING FABRIC; GROOVE AND GRIND PAVEMENT; ROADSIDE SIGN; ALTERNATIVE PIPE CULVERT; REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE; PLASTIC PIPE; CONCRETE CURB & SIDEWALK MISC.; SAWCUTTING; THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING; SIGNAL & LIGHTING; LEAD COMPLIANCE; TRUCKING; STREET SWEEPING TRUCK; LANDSCAPING CONTRACTOR; OIL ASPHALT SUPPLIER/ASPHALT OIL TANKER; LOCATING AND MAPPING UG UTILITIES; or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish. NON-DBE SUBS/SUPPLIERS: You will be expected to carry a proportionate percentage of 2nd-tier DBE participation with your quote. Second-tier DBE participation will be evaluated with your price.

GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements. Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required.
