The Work of this Contract includes cleaning, repair and painting of the elevated structure from 225th Street to 242nd Street on the Broadway-7th Avenue Line (IRT) in the Borough of the Bronx. The scope includes Repair and replacement of structural members along with concrete column base replacements. Abrasive blasting and painting of the elevated structure including furnishing, installing and removing temporary suspended decking and containment systems. Lead and Asbestos abatement. Maintenance & protection of traffic. Demolition of (2) Circuit Breaker Houses and installation of bid deterrent systems on the structure.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply and installation, Bird Deterrent system installation, Asbestos abatement, and electrical installations.

The Minority Goals are
DBE: 22.5%
