The Work of this Contract is summarized as follows: Decommission, remove, dispose, upgrade, and/or replace elements of the High-Tension Switchgears at Avenue C substation and the Baltic Avenue substation. Furnish and install property line manhole boxes and fiberglass ducts between high tension switchgear and property line manholes. Provide instrumentation and control, and update indication and control points in MTA’s traction power SCADA system. Provide upgraded electrical wiring, HVAC and plumbing elements. Perform architectural and structural upgrades.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply and installation, Asbestos abatement, and painting.
