Rotolo Consultants, Inc. is seeking proposals from DBE certified vendors and subcontractors for Governor Nicholls & Esplanade Wharf Development project in New Orleans, La. The project will involve the redevelopment of the Governor Nicholls and Esplanade wharves along the Mississippi Riverfront into a public park with recreational facilities. The Governor Nicholls Wharf portion of the project includes demolition and repurposing of warehouse bays to create a waterfront promenade, multifunction cultural shed, and four park areas. The Esplanade Wharf portion of the project consists of the renovation of the Coast Guard Tower and Observation Deck.
We are seeking quotes for the following scopes: site furnishings, water effects system, decorative concrete paving, landscape joint sealants, stone surfacing, urethane bound crushed stones surfacing, synthetic grass surfacing, irrigation system, soils and planting preparation, turfs and grasses, plants.
Certifications can be one of the following: MBE-SRMDC; WBE /WBEC South, LAUCP / SLDBE, LGBTQ+, Hudson Initiative, VOSB & SDVOSB, SEBD & LAVet, LED, 8(a), US SBA. Please attach a copy of your certification with your proposal.
