The work includes demolition and removal of the existing concrete and asphalt within the project limits. The project will construct a new potable water and sanitary sewer for the restrooms, water feature and irrigation system. Teh site will be graded to drain with new storm drain system including tree well filters, manholes, cleanouts, and pipe network. New curbs, pavement and concrete unit pavers will be installed along with site furnishings. The site furnishings will include wood lounge chairs, ottomans, fences, planters, trees, planting, custom wood benches, and other related works.

This project has a Prevailing Wage requirement.
Wickman Development and Construction is including a template of our Master Subcontract Agreement for reference to subcontractors who will be awarded this project.
