Paragon is seeking DBE, DVBE, MBE, SBE, and micro-business professionals with experience in providing Right of Way Acquisition and Relocation consulting services in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance Act and California Relocation Assistance Act. Firm must posses a California Real Estate Brokers license and agents must have at a minimum a California Real Estate Salesperson license.

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) is responsible for planning, designing, building, and operating the first high-speed rail system in the nation. When completed, it will run from San Francisco to the Los Angeles basin in under 3 hours at a speed capable of exceeding 200 mph. The system will eventually extend to Sacramento and San Diego, totalling 800 miles. To perform the required work on the project, sub-consultants are required to carry and maintain during the performance of services the requisite liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability insurance coverage.

Paragon Partners Consultants, Inc. is one of three Prime consultants for the project. Currently the project needs are for professionals who can provide acquisition services and relocation assistance, roles which requires experience, and a Real Estate Sale's or Broker's license issued by the California Department of Real Estate.
