Stalco is submitting a bid to SUCF for the SUNY Farmingdale - Rehabilitate Thompson Hall project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes

This project has a minority requirement of 18% MBE, 12% WBE & 6% SDVOB

Scope of Work Includes:
Abatement and demolition of interior and exterior building components. Exterior building envelope improvements including insulation and window replacement. Gut renovations of building interior for modern academic building including replacement of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems and installation of a fire sprinkler system. Site improvements and utility upgrades.
