KJL is bidding as a prime contractor on the Bolton Valley Water and Sewer WWTF Upgrade Project to the Bolton Valley Water and Community Development on 11/15/2024 at 1:00PM. KJL is actively seeking and encouraging Certified Vermont Minority-Owned, Women- Owned, Disadvantaged Owned Business Enterprises as well as any other interested subcontractors and/or suppliers, to submit quotes on this project.
