Project Details

Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking subcontractor/supplier qualified WBEs, Section 3, and Los Angeles CBE's for the "Phased Demolition Services at Jordan Downs" project. The general scope of work consists of the abatement and demolition of a total of 39 two-story residential townhome buildings for the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles. The Project is a multi-year contract and will be performed in 4 separate phases. Possible subcontracting includes hydroseeding, erosion control, grading, utility capping and fencing. Possible suppliers include construction materials, and hazardous trucking.

REI encourages all subcontractors and suppliers to submit a quote.

REI is s union company. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
