Labor Type: Union

The Work to be performed under this Contract includes Structural Repairs of Column Bases of the Elevated Structure, 9th Avenue Portal to Stillwell Terminal, West End Line, in the Borough of Brooklyn. Furnish and install barriers around the column bases. Remove column base protection concrete. Remove sidewalk and / or street and excavate down to column baseplates. Clean and survey column base steel to determine extent of corrosion and submit condition survey reports. Repair columns, install column base protection concrete and restore sidewalk and / or street.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply and installation, Painting & Lead abatement.
