ETIC is actively seeking DVBE subcontractor, subconsultants and material suppliers quotes for the following items, including, but not limited to:
- Export Trucking
- Site Security
- Commercial Street Sweeping
- Operated water truck

Bonding, insurance, lines of credit and any technical assistance or information related to the plans or specifications and requirements for the work will be made available to interested certified business suppliers and subcontractors. Assistance with obtaining necessary equipment, suppliers, materials, or related assistance or services for this project will also be offered to interest certified small and minority business suppliers and subcontractors.

The quotations may be broken down into comparable units as reasonably necessary. ETIC will work with suppliers and subcontractors to identify opportunities and break down items into economically feasible units.


ETIC will be bidding the referenced project as a prime contractor. Please contact our office and advise us if you are interested in bidding on this project. In order that we may give your bid maximum consideration, please supply us with a letter at least one day prior to the bid date describing the scope of your work.


Plans and specifications for this project are available for review in our office, ETIC can also provide you will electronic copies of upon request.

All qualified DVBE subcontractors/suppliers must be registered and certified by the California Department of General Services. All subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance, and worker’s compensation coverage meeting ETIC’s requirements and will be required to sign ETIC’s Master Subcontractor’s Agreement. Prior to the bid, you can contact our office if you require assistance in bonding, lines of credit, insurance, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or services etc., which may be required by the Owner.
