Morello Construction LLC is seeking quotes for the following scopes of work:

Electrical - The work will consist of installing all new electrical components including, energizing pumps, motors, panels, and controls across the site.
Well Drilling- This work will consist of Well Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, Generator, New Well House & plumbing (within 5.0’) of building, Pump, Motors,
Well Construction Site Security, Erosion and Sediment Control, Water Management and Turbidity Reduction, and Plumbness Testing.
Video/ Camera Inspection- Complete a color video survey of the entire well.
Jack and Boring- Tunneling, Boring, and Jacking Hwy 97 & Tunneling, Boring, and Jacking Hwy 422.
Fencing- 6’ Chain link Gate w/2 Strands Barb Wire & 6’ Chain link Fence w/2 Strands Barb
Wire

Subcontractors will be required to provide:
Certificate of Insurance with additional insured endorsement
Contract Minimum Wage Schedule
Oregon Contactors Board Registration
W-9 Request for Taxpayer ID Number
Drug Testing Program Certification
Weekly Certified Payroll reports shall be sent to our office. Prior to receiving payments
for that work period.
