Project Description:
Existing utility relocation in the vicinity of the proposed new construction including but not limited to city/process water, sanitary sewers, storm sewers and power lines. Implementation of environmental protection and restoration measures for the project. On-site construction including demolition of existing structures, excavation, structural and nonstructural fills, special foundation preparation, dewatering, backfilling, paving, pipe work and appurtenances, landscaping and miscellaneous site improvements, and all demolition work. General construction, including all building construction, plumbing, mechanical, structural, electrical and HVAC work for the Pretreatment Building, Testing and operational start-up of all facilities installed under this project.
