KJL is bidding as a prime contractor on the Spear Street Culvert Replacement project to the Town of Charlotte on 10/22/24 at 5:30PM. KJL is actively seeking and encouraging Certified Vermont Disadvantaged Business Enterprises as well as any other interested subcontractors and/or suppliers, to submit quotes on this project.
