Project Details

Hydro Resources - Rocky Mountain, Inc. is soliciting qualified Small, Minority Owned and Women’s Business Enterprise (SBE MBE WBE) labor surplus area firms and subcontractor bids for Blanca Wetlands Well Rehabilitation " Well 22 Redrill for Ducks Unlimited, Inc.. The work may consist of geophysical logging, plugging & abandonment, drilling and setting conductor casing, well grouting, gravel packing, testing and development, water analysis, casing, gravel, grouting, casing welding, well head plumbing, well head slab, cutting and fluid disposal, bit rental, fuel, supplies and materials.



Interested qualified suppliers and subcontractors may obtain plans and specifications by contacting Amy Majors at AMajors@HydroResources.com. All bids must be submitted to Hydro Resources - Rocky Mountain, Inc., attention Amy Majors, by email to AMajors@HydroResources.com., ph. No. 800.401.9092 along with DBE certification number and/or copy of DBE certificate by 5:00 pm on 10.27.24.

Hydro Resources is taking the following steps to ensure MBE, SBE and WBE participation:
1) Ensuring that small businesses, minority-owned firms, and women’s business enterprises are
used to the fullest extent practicable.
2) Making information on forthcoming opportunities available and arrange time frames for
purchases and contracts to encourage and facilitate participation by small businesses,
minority-owned firms, and women’s business enterprises.
3) Considering in the sub-contract process whether firms competing for larger sub-contracts
intend to contract with small businesses, minority-owned firms and women’s business
enterprises.
4) Encouraging contracting with consortiums of small businesses, minority-owned firms and
women’s business enterprises when a sub-contract is too large for one of these firms to
handle individually.
5) Using the services and assistance, as appropriate, of such organizations as the Small Business
Administration and the Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development
Agency in the solicitation and utilization of small businesses, minority-owned firms and
women’s business enterprises.
6) Establishing delivery schedules, where the requirement permits, which encourage
participation by small and minority businesses, and women’s business enterprises.
