Chumo Construction Inc. (Chumo) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE/SBE/DVBE firms for the following work: Aggregate Base & Sub Base, Alternative Crash Cushion, Asbestos Compliance Plan, Asbestos Removal/Abatement, Asphalt, Asphalt Dike, Asphalt Paving, Biologist, Cable Railing, Class 2 & 3 Aggregate Base, Clear and Grub, Cold Plane Concrete Pavement, Concrete Barrier, Concrete Pavement, Concrete Structure , Construction Area Signs, Corrugated Metal Pipe (CSP), Crash Cushion, Develop Water Supply, Drainage, Drill & Bond, Electrical, Excavation, Fencing, Finish Roadway, Furnish & Drive Cast-In-Steel Shell Concrete Piling, Groove & Grind, Highway Planting, Imported Borrow, Joint Seal, Landscape, Metal Beam Guard Railing, Minor Concrete, Miscellaneous Iron/Steel, Pavement Profiling, Piling (Furnish/Drive), Pipe Supply, Dike, Plastic Pipe, RCP, Remove Concrete, Retaining Wall, Roadside Clearing, Roadway Excavation, Rock Blanket, Saw Cutting, Sign Structures, Signage, Structural Concrete, Survey (Pre/Post Construction), Temporary Erosion Control, Traffic Control System, Traffic Signal Modification, Signs, Striping, Traffic Control, Trucking.

Chumo Construction Inc. (Chumo) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Chumo will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, DIR Registration Number, insurance, and worker's compensation coverage meeting Chumo's requirements and/or the owner's requirements and will be required to sign the standard AGC Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator. Chumo requires the subcontractors and suppliers price quotes be provided at a reasonable time prior to the bid deadline to enable a complete evaluation. Plans and specifications are available for viewing (by appointment only) at our office located at 14425 Joanbridge Street, Baldwin Park, CA.
