The City of Gardena, GTrans is seeking qualified Contractors to perform landscape maintenance services at GTrans’ Administration-Operations and Maintenance Facility located at 13999 S. Western Avenue, Gardena, CA 90249.

The Contractor must have three (3) years of professional landscape maintenance services to municipalities or commercial businesses. Qualified contractor shall have a valid C-27 license at the time of the bid and duration of the Contract. Contractor shall provide four (4) references: two (2) current clients and two (2) past clients within the last three (3) years. See Form D- References Form.

All quotes must be submitted through PlanetBids, GTrans' online procurement platform.

Insurance requirements are listed in Attachment B, "Sample Agreement."
