Bonding: Not required for subcontractors who are prequalified with FLINT.

The subcontractor shall include in his/her bid all labor, materials, equipment, taxes, and insurance, as required for a complete scope of work and in conformance with the contract documents. The project requires prevailing wages be paid to all on site workers and adherence to the Project
Labor Agreement. Refer to Exhibit 1.6. for a copy of the PLA.
