Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposals from ALL TRADES.

The project consists of new PEMB storage buildings and associated site improvements at fourteen school sites.

Pre-Qualification of MEP trades is required.

California State Prevailing Wages shall apply.

Sub Bonds will be required for subcontracts over $100,000. Please include your Bond Cost / Bond Rate as a separate line item on your proposal.
