Atlas Technical Consultants is seeking qualified DBE subconsultants (Work Category Codes C8710, C8720, C8723, C8733) to provide Quality Assurance and/or Verification (QA/V) Services throughout Southern California, particularly in Districts 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12.

Specifically, we are seeking qualified personnel who have all of the following certifications:
- ASNT Level II or Level III UT, RT (including Digital RT), PT, and MT, plus AWS CWI

Firms must meet personnel qualifications/requirements as stated in Caltrans RFQ #59A1337.
