Stalco is submitting a bid to the NYC DDC for the Pamoja House Restroom Renovation and Upgrade project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes

This project shall be administered under a Project Labor Agreement and has a minority requirement of 9% Black, 9% Hispanic & 5% Unspecified

This Project consists of the renovation of interior spaces to create new bathrooms for its 200 residents. The renovation will include new plumbing fixtures, new finishes, new lighting, and new mechanical exhaust systems (inclusive of duct work) in accordance with the 2022 NYC Building Code. The mechanical equipment for the bathrooms will be located on the mezzanine floor above and requires window access for ventilation. Three exterior windows will be removed and replaced by louvers painted to match the existing frames. The original exterior of the building will be otherwise unchanged. No rooftop equipment will be required.
