The demolition of the former Highway Authority Administration Building, demolition of the Motor Pool Building (including multiple in-ground vehicle lifts), and construction of the Traffic Management Center Building Annex. Work also includes utility upgrades/retrofits (including construction of a new pad-mounted gas meter and water service freeze enclosure), penthouse equipment relocation to the new Annex Building and roofing upgrades at the existing STMC building to remain. A new fire pump is to be installed to replace the existing fire pump at the STMC building which will also service the new annex. Site improvements include reconstruction/reconfiguration of the existing parking lots with new lighting, expanded CCTV and electrical infrastructure for future EV charging stations + Site work

Public Works Certificate
License (Plumbing, Electrical, HVACR)
Small Business Enterprise Certificate SBE (if available)
AISC Certificate for Structural Steel Fabricator
Sample Certificate of insurance
