Remodel of 1 Existing 1600 SQFT building into a TK Classroom. remodel includes new 2x partitions walls to create a new classroom, new work room & new storage room. Scope includes new finishes within the building, new ceilings, (2) new windows, new interior doors, new paint, new insulation and replacement of the HVAC ducting. Exterior work includes enlarging the sewer connection, along with removal & replacement of flat-work.
