NAICS Code 56173 - Districtwide grounds maintenance services. scope to include mowing, edging, blowing, string trimming, shaping and pruning shrubs and trees with limbs below 5', hand weeding beds, fall/winter clean clean-up, pre and post emerge chemical applications. Contractor must have at least 6 crew members and preferably 10. Contractor must be able to bond 25% of contract value awarded. Contractor or must also own or have access to lease or use commercial mowers, string trimmers, edgers, blowers. Contract or must have or be able to acquire commercial insurance - GL per occ 1M, GL Agg 2M, Auto 1M, Employee Liability 1M and Workers Comp 1M.
