The project consists of removal and replacement of existing HVAC and electrical systems as well as architectural repairs/updates needed as a result of this work including ceilings, new chases, and finishing of these structures. The MWVBE goals for this project are 10% of the total estimated cost of the project. MWVBE bidders must be able to provide certification of qualifying status.

General Liability, Auto and Workers Compensation insurance coverages are required. Payment and Performance Bonds may also be requested.
