Seeking certified diverse businesses to provide quotations for the CNA Parking Garage Rehabilitation project. The goal for this project is 21.1%.

The scopes of work we are looking to subcontract are as follows:
238110 - Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors
238190 - Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors

The bid submittal is scheduled for November 26th at 2:00PM CST. We request that you submit your proposals to us no later than November 2nd at 2:00 PM CST on the items of work or materials that your company is certified to supply or perform. Please email your quotation directly to tlong@restocon.com and bids@restocon.com. Your quote must conform to all requirements of the bid documents, including but not limited to the plans, general provisions, special provisions, specifications, and contract for construction of the owner/agency (including addenda thereto) and follow all federal, state, and local laws. Please note, this project has special rules and requirements. Ensure you read the documentation and contact Restocon if you have any questions regarding these requirements.
