Quotes are sought for the Bid Pkg. # 2 - Replacement and modification of all HVAC systems including demo of existing system, construction of new system and installation of a new geothermal well-field and for Bid Pkg. # 3 - Architectural renovations including replacement of existing stair with a new elevator as well as upgrade and modernization of living and social spaces throughout the multistory building. MWVBE goals for this project are 10% of total estimated cost of the Contract.

Quotes are requested for HVAC, geothermal, electrical, painting, flooring, drywall, ceilings and elevator scopes of work.

Project requires all Contractors to use Davis-Bacon wage rates and comply with all federal wage rate rules.
Contractors may be asked to bond 100% of their scope of work.
