ECC is looking for qualified DVBE contractors for a multi-prime project at Mt. Miguel High School. This includes supplying materials, equipment and labor services for the following Packages and trades:

CN-4068 (Concrete, rebar, Concrete Polishing, Waterproofing)
CN-4069 (rough Carpentry)
CN-4070 (Finishes - casework, Doors, frames & hardware, acoustical ceilings, Gypsum board, plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, Vinyl wall coverings, Signage Toilet accessories, Laboratory Casework, etc.)

This is a California Prevailing Wage project - all subcontractors must be registered with the DIR and adhere to all local/state/federal compliance laws.

Subcontractor shall include bond cost on subcontractor's proposal sheet. Failure of subcontractor to provide bond cost or bond rate shall be construed to mean that bond is included in subcontractor's proposal.
