Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking Community Business Enterprises (CBE) for the Adams and Grand Department of Public Social Services Metro Family Demolition Project. CBE's are defined as Minority/Women/Disadvantaged/Disabled Veteran/ Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Questions owned Business Enterprises (M/W/D/DVBE/LGBTQQ).

This bid is also subject to the Community Workforce Agreement (CWA).

The general scope of work for this project includes demolition of the 6-story Metro Family building, basement, and footings - totaling 215,000 St. Ft. Possible subcontracting trades include shoring, capping off all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection utilities, pedestrian canopy/scaffolding, chain link fence and gates, and SWPPP/QSP/QSD.

REI is a union company signatory to Laborers. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
