The Contractor shall provide the preventive maintenance (Quarterly) from 1/1/2025 through 12/31/2025 at the Rockland County Correctional Center on the Cornerstone Detention Products, Inc. (Formerly Com-Tec Security) Management System Computer (SMS) and software programming to maintain the security system including the PLC, touch screen software and hardware (intercoms, door relay control boards {9111, 9112, 9123} and 1012 interface relay boards) at a lump sum price of $38,870.00; Four (4) PM visits included in price along with One (1) Emergency Service.
