The project consists of selective demo and renovation including new curtain walls and storefront, mechanical, and electrical, bathrooms, breakrooms, and work areas. Scopes of work include HVAC/Plumbing, electrical, casework, sealants, glass, glazing, storefronts, drywall, flooring, and miscellaneous specialties. The MWVBE goals for this project are 10% of the total estimated cost of the project. MWVBE bidders must be able to provide certification of qualifying status.

General Liability, Auto and Workers Compensation insurance coverages are required. Payment and Performance Bonds may also be requested.
