The building modernization shall include demolition, concrete foundation, new wood framing, electrical, fire alarm, HVAC & plumbing, roofing, insulation, storefront, stucco, window, doors & hardware, sheetrock, FRL, suspended ceiling, flooring, interior & exterior painting, concrete flatwork & landscaping.
