The Monterey Peninsula College Welcome Center project consists of Construction of a new two-story Welcome Center Building and associated site improvements.

We are seeking quotes from certified DVBE Subcontractors or Material Suppliers for Final Clean, Survey, Caulking and Sealants, Concrete, Structural Steel, Framing, Siding, Cabinets, Waterproofing, Insulation, Metal Panels, Roofing, Sheet Metal, Doors, Glazing, Lath & Plaster, Drywall, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Signage, Accessories, Appliances, Window Coverings, Countertops, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage, Grading, Paving, Pavers, Fences and Gates, Landscape, Underground Utilities, and Photovoltaic.

The DVBE participation requirement for the project is 3%.

Pricing Due: 1/28/2025 Before 2:00 pm (preferably in the morning). The district is accepting GC proposals until 1/28/25 at 2:00 pm.
