Ghilotti Bros. and St. Francis Electric, JV is actively looking for support on any of the following scopes of work from SBE, DVBE and DBE Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Truckers.

Supply Casing, Supply Conductors, Supply Expansion/Deflection Fittings, Supply Rigid Conduit and Fittings, Install Fiber Optic Cable, Supply FO Vaults, Supply NEMA 4X SS Boxes, Supply Service Equipment Enclosures, Supply Telecommunications Cable, Provide Preliminary Utility Locating, Provide Pothole Work with Documentation, Supply Telephone Demarcation Cabinets, Trucking, and Horizontal Directional Drilling of Conduits.

Ghilotti Bros. and St. Francis Electric, JV was low bidder on 1/12/23 and has contracted with Caltrans under a fully executed Master Agreement to construct the Middle Mile Broadband Network (MMBBN) infrastructure under a Job Order Contract (JOC) on March 12, 2023.The items/categories listed above have been identified as the scopes available in the Master Agreement for SBE, DVBE, and DBE participation. Each Work Order may differ in categories available based on their design. We are hereby soliciting your confirmation that your company is willing/interested in participating on the JOC. SBE, DVBE, and DBE firms interested in participating will receive a solicitation to provide a quote based on a confirmed email stating that you are willing to participate in the JOC.

Please email JOCinquiries@sfe-inc.com NO LATER than December 27, 2024 to express your interest to participate on the JOC. We are encouraging quotes from all DBE/DVBE/SBE Subcontractors, Suppliers and Truckers. SFE is willing to breakout any portion of work to encourage DBE/DVBE/SBE participation. Non-DBE Subs/Suppliers are encouraged to carry a proportionate percentage of 2nd-tier SBE/DVBE/DBE participation with their quotes.

Please Note: Contractors License Number, DIR Registration Number and DBE Cert Number (or other agency) must be listed on any quote submitted to SFE. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds as well as Insurance Waiver of subrogation are required of subcontractors. Ghilotti Bros. and St. Francis Electric, JV intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project. Certified SBE’s, DVBE’s and DBE's please contact us if you need help obtaining bonding, insurance, lines of credit, equipment, materials, supplies or some other form of assistance in order to participate. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage and will be required to enter into our standard contract. Please note that this is a prevailing wage project and Ghilotti Bros. and St. Francis Electric are Union signatory. Subcontractors will be subject to the terms and conditions of Ghilotti Bros. and/or St. Francis Electric’s subcontract and safety documents which are available upon request.
