HNTB Corporation is preparing a proposal for the California Department of Transportation, District 7 for: On-Call Roadway Construction Services (RFQ 07A6021). We are seeking firms certified as disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE) in the following areas: roadway construction inspection, resident engineering, construction office engineering, landscape architectural construction inspection, and scheduling/CPM.
