North Tahoe Public Utility District - Trout Avenue Waterline Replacement Project, Kings Beach, CA. The work to be performed consists of the installation of approximately 2,250 linear feet of 8-inch waterline in Trout Avenue in Kings Beach, CA. The project also includes connections to existing water mains, installation of fire hydrants, customer water services, and pavement restoration. All work is within the Placer County Right of Way. Vinciguerra Construction, Inc. is seeking quotes for all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE, UDBE, WBE, MBE, SBE Firms for the following items of work included but not limited to: Erosion Control/Revegetation Materials furnish & placement, SWPPP, Dewatering, Waterworks Supplies & Appurtenances (Water Main Piping, Pipe Fitting’s, Gate Valves, Valve Boxes, Fire Hydrants, and Water Service Valves), Sheeting, Shoring, & Bracing, Traffic Control, Construction Area Signs, Excavation/Earth Work, Sawcutting, Asphalt Milling, Asphalt Concrete; furnish & placement, Aggregate Base; furnish & placement, Import Soil; furnish & Placement, Concrete; furnish & placement, Pavement Striping, and Trucking. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation is encouraged. Plans and Specifications are available for viewing at our office or can be viewed/obtained at North Tahoe Public Utility District. Our firm will consider dividing total requirements, when economically feasible, into smaller tasks or quantities to permit maximum participation by DBE's in the competitive process. Our company will also consider consortium of DBE's should a contract be too large for firms to handle individually. Subcontractor's must possess a current Contractor's License and DIR registration number. Insurance and Worker's Compensation coverage meeting Vinciguerra Construction's Subcontract. Quotation must be valid for the same duration as specified for the owner for award.
