Cratus, Inc. is requesting quotes from certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, including SBE, MBE, WBE, SBRA, LSAF & HUB Subcontractors, Suppliers & Haulers for the construction of the Sacramento Area Sewer District’s # 6034- Harvest Water Elk Grove Transmission Pipeline Project. The project has not established specific goals, but participation is highly encouraged.
The Elk Grove Transmission Pipeline (EGTP) and Franklin/Eschinger Pipeline total approximately 15 miles in length and are comprised of pipe ranging in size from 66 inches in internal diameter for the EGTP, to 16 to 66 inches in internal diameter for the FEP. The larger diameter pipe is steel, while the smaller diameter pipe is HDPE.
The project involves the construction of approximately 1.6 miles of larger diameter (66”) recycled water pipeline. The pipelines are proposed to be constructed primarily via open-cut methods, with three trenchless crossings proposed.
The engineer's estimate for the work is $20,000,000.00.
Quotes are requested from qualified Subcontractors, Suppliers, & Haulers for all scopes of work, including but not limited to; SWPPP, BMP & Exclusion Fence Installation, Traffic Control, Saw-Cutting, Demolition, Excavation & Backfill, Trenchless Casing installation/ Boring, Instrumentation & Monitoring, Groundwater well destruction, Asphalt Paving, & Striping, Trucking, and all Other Required Work.
Suppliers are required for materials, including Welded Steel Piping & Aggregates.
