Ragnar Benson LLC is seeking proposals for construction of the USACE SPL DBB Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTC) Containerized Ammunition Holding Facility (CAHF), Concord, California.
Project Description: Contractors/Suppliers will be responsible for the following items including, but not limited to: SWPPP, erosion control, clearing and grubbing, site demolition, earthwork/grading, furnishing and placing aggregate base, landscaping/restoration, asphalt paving
concrete paving, pavement marking, signage, fence and gate construction, surveying, structural concrete retaining walls/foundations, reinforced steel/rebar, culvert drainage, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain, electrical infrastructure, site lighting, telecommunications infrastructure,
electrical security, geotechnical testing, QA/QC

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Only US Citizens are permitted access to the MOTC installation.
Subcontractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM www.SAM.gov ) and the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website.
Bid Documents: Please base your bid proposals on the available documents and provide separate clarifications for any work that does not appear to be included in the documents but is necessary for a complete project.

Requests for Information: RFI’s will require submittal to our lead estimator in writing by 2:00 PM (CDT) on Friday January 17, 2025 for submittal to the Owner prior to their deadline of 5:00 PM (PDT) on Friday January 17, 2025.
Bond: Please include a separate cost on your proposal for the total value or rate for providing a Payment and Performance Bond.
Taxes: Project is NOT tax exempt. Please provide breakout pricing for sales tax by CLIN (Contract Line Item Number) with your proposal.
Schedule: Please include durations for your work scopes on your proposal. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated for May, June or July of 2025 with completion by the end of 2026. The NTP will be dependent upon obtaining project permits.
