The Port of Long Beach has established a goal of 22% SBE participation, with at least 5% allocated to VSBEs.

The Work required by this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: hazardous material abatement, demolition and removal of one-story to two-story buildings, site demolition, disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous building materials, capping of utilities, and furnishing general construction and maintenance services, on an on-call basis.

We are seeking quotes from DGS- or Port- certified SBE & VSBE subcontractors suppliers for the following: BMP Supplies and/or Installation; Soil & Liquid Waste Testing; Permanent Chain Link Fencing & Gates; Concrete; Shoring; Trucking & Disposal; Equipment and/or Operated Equipment Rental; Electricians; Environmental Consultants

REI is non-union and accepts proposals from both union and non-union contractors. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
