The project is a new ground-up apartment complex consisting of five (5) residential buildings and a community building. The residential buildings are all three stories, with a total of 108 units.

Trades Needed: Survey/staking, striping & signage, site work, grading, paving, underground utilities, JT, landscaping, site/building concrete, gypcrete, deck coatings, masonry/brick veneer, steel rebar, structural steel, ornamental metal, hand/guardrails, metal stairs, metal awnings, metal fencing, rough carpentry/siding, finish carpentry, waterproofing, insulation, roofing, sheet metal, joint sealants/caulking, doors/frames/hardware (D/F/H), windows, glass/glazing, storefront, lath & plaster, scaffolding, flooring, ceramic tile, metal stud framing & drywall, paint, signage, toilet accessories, appliances, mailboxes, roof hatches, fire extinguishers/cabinets, bike racks, playground, final cleaning, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, light fixtures, fire sprinkler, fire alarm/low voltage.

Some trades may be required to provide bonding. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. Pricing must remain valid for 60 days.
