The Project is generally described as: Public Address System Upgrades including associated cabling, integrated clock-bell devices, wall speakers, exterior speakers and head-end equipment at three elementary school campuses. The campuses are
• Moscone Elementary School: 2576 Harrison St, San Francisco, CA 94110
• Flynn Elementary School: 3125 Cesar Chavez St, San Francisco, CA 94110
• Malcolm X Elementary School: 350 Harbor Rd, San Francisco, CA 94124

We are seeking quotes from qualified, professional subcontractors for final cleaning, metal fabrications, painting, electrical, demolition/abatement, and PA system/LV.

Project Duration: 156 Calendar Days

All subcontracts over $300,000 will require performance and payment bonds.

This project is subject to Project Labor Agreement (PLA) that all subcontractors will have to agree to.

Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing contractors (including C-7 & C-10 License) must be prequalified with the school district.
