NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FLINT, the selected Lease-Leaseback Entity, will receive bids for the ASJUSD San Juan School Modernization, located at 100 Nyland Dr., San Juan Bautista, CA 95045. All bids shall be submitted via Building Connected. A link to Building Connected can be

The project involves the construction of nine (9) buildings. Two (2) of the buildings, the Administration Building and the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) Building, will be built using conventional construction methods. The remaining seven (7) buildings will be modular construction, which will be handled by others. The scope also includes associated site work. Before the construction can begin, demolition and abatement of the existing site must be completed.
