Bids Due: February 13, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M.

Scope of work: Construction of a four-story residential building (58 units high density affordable housing). Subject to Prevailing Wage, state and federal. State: DIR 2024-2 & Federal: CA20250019, Mod 1. Subject to California Tax Credit Allocation Committee AB 2873.

Trades: Concrete, Steel & Metal Fab., Rough & Finish Carpentry, Insulation, Roofing, Flashing & Sealants, Doors, Frames, & Hardware, Windows, Window Coverings, Tile, Acoustical, Flooring, Painting, Signage, Casework & Countertops, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Earthwork, Landscape.
