WE ARE REQUESTING BIDS FROM ALL QUALIFIED SUBCONTRACTORS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESSES, WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES, VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES, AND DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES
FOR THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

Bid Package #4: Concrete Reinforcing, Miscellaneous Metals, Overhead Doors, Ceramic Tile, Carpet and Resilient Flooring, Fluid Applied Flooring, Painting and Wall Coverings, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment, Fences and Gates, Landscaping and Site Furnishings

Plans, specifications, and any other pertinent Bid Documents will be available electronically on the Building Connected Website the week of February 10th, 2025. Please contact Theresa Taddeo at our office number above to be added to the Building Connected solicitation for the project.

Construction is scheduled to begin May 2025 and complete June 2027.

100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required for amounts over $100,000. Any subcontractor that cannot provide Payment and Performance Bonds for this project can contact our office at 925-494-9700 to discuss available options. Workers’ Compensation and Waiver of Subrogation will be required by all Subcontractors.
