Orion Construction Corporation is seeking proposals from DBE subcontractors or consultants for Phase 1 of this project. Specific areas of interest are: Surveying, Geotechnical Investigation and Engineering, Traffic Control Engineering, and GPR Utility Locating.

Orion Construction Corporation will assist interested DBE firms in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, or insurance required by the contract documents.
