The County of Rockland intends to issue a Sole Source award to Power DMS for their proprietary Pro Base License for policy management and NYSSA Civil, Communications and Corrections Divisions Accreditation Manual and the DCJS LE Standards Manual for Police, for Rockland County Sheriff’s Office and with an Annual Training Subscription. This purchase will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with the Rockland County Procurement Policy and shall be an addition to existing Training and Accreditation Software.
